Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain the paid Duvwi Pro plans available through Duvwi. They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Duvwi Pro plans

Duvwi may offer optional paid plans that unlock premium features such as unlimited profiles, auto departure reminders, smart suggestions, extended history, and other Pro features.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

Billing

Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Billing, renewals, receipts, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the app store used to make the purchase.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Lifetime purchase

The Duvwi Lifetime plan gives one-time paid access to eligible Duvwi Pro features for the life of the Duvwi service, subject to these terms. Lifetime access is linked to the account or app store account used to make the purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Duvwi does not directly process app store refunds.

Pricing changes

Duvwi may change pricing or plan features in the future. Where required, users will be notified through the relevant app store or within the service before changes take effect.

Free features and Pro features

Duvwi may offer both free and paid features. Free access may include limits, such as a limited number of active profiles or profile creations. Pro access removes or increases selected limits depending on the plan.
